The inspiration for psClip came from a Tekzilla Daily
Tip episode. A viewer was looking for a way to copy a Directory Tree to the Windows Clipboard so that it
could be pasted into Notepad or an IM message. The only way to do this is from a Windows Console with the Dir and Clip
commands. That is no longer the case. Now psClip provides a way to get Directory Tree information GUI style!
psClip is a simple, easy to use utility that will allow you to browse to and sellect any folder. After
selecting a folder the Path to that folder, the Directory Tree of subfolders, and filenames are
copied to the Windows Clipboard and to a Text Area on the psClip Application.
That's it! Since the Directory Tree information has already been sent to the Windows Clipboard all you
need to do is open any application that you can paste text into and in the text area 'right-click' and 'Paste' or
choose 'Paste' from the 'Edit Menu'.
